It was shirtsleeves, porch-sitting weather. The front door stayed open, much to the delight of the five dogs. (Cannoli and Otter were here for lunch.)
The Star Magnolia is in full bloom and the Weeping Willow is misted with green. I'm having to restrain myself from moving plants out of the green house as I know, from bitter experience, that we could, and likely will, have a cold snap.
But for now, it's glorious.

Ah, the early shirtsleeves day.
People here are sunbathing on the patio - in shorts and tee shirts!
And here I sit with 4 layers on and that doesn't count the coat I will put on shortly to take trash and recycling to our recycling center.
We're getting warm weather starting this weekend. But when we were out and about yesterday, we saw plenty of dirty snow piles everywhere.
