little dashes of purity and beauty in our world...will have to watch for a bit of white...i love the little flowers with yellow in the middle....

Your iris season is earlier than ours. I hope mine look this good when they do bloom.

Lynn, the flowers in the second (and in the last) picture are Kousa/Korean dogwood. They begin to bloom just as the native ones are fading. The Kousas are also not susceptible to the anthracnose virus that is killing many of the native dogwoods.
