Yes Virginia Creeper, there is a Autumn Clause...and what lovely pictures of early color! Here color change is slow, so I'll go to higher locations to see some.
The Autumn Clause blesses us with Virginia Creeper every year, no matter how my husband tries to pull it away from the house. He's of the opinion it will do damage -- wonder how those ye olde thatched cottages survive. I'm sure it is only the riche who live in them. When we were in the Cotswolds we (from idle curiosity) looked at the prices and were gob-smacked.

It's creeping around our way as well and the first to show it's colors. Great shots Vicki.

That's the prettiest picture frame I've ever seen. Two more days and then Brasstown here we come!
Love that center photo where we see through the window frame as you see...the circle...lovely!
Nature's perfect decorations. I love it.
It's popular around here, especially on the frontage of ye olde thatch cottages, nearly all owned by the nouveau riche.
Bet that adds a rosy glow as the light hits it!
