I like having sun shining into windows, where it feels warmer, as long as I don't open them, or touch the cold cold glass. I had to go outside to throw a stink bug out that I found on the kitchen floor...he was through a crack on the porch in no time. Hopefully can hibernate till it's warmer.
It looks so beautiful but I can't imagine how you deal with those low temperatures. Here, at the moment, the problem is gale force wind, which I hate. It makes me very irritable.

You're getting a pretty good taste of it.
Our low was 9F and we still have running water and power, hurrah! And the temp has shot up to 11F as of 8:15!
Next week, the January thaw!
