Old cat (Muffin)and I will patiently await whatever Miss Birdie has to say. We sit here together at my desk enjoying breakfast, and a brushing for Muffin...and reading our blogs!

I am sorry to post this here, but I wasn't sure how to get a message to you otherwise. I must say that I was saddened to get the Goodweather Report from you today. I work in a library and have suggested your books to many of our patrons and they have all loved them. I love them too! Thank you for sharing Elizabeth and her story with us!

Kimberly -- I'm puzzled -- the Goodweather Report hasn't been active for the past few years. I wonder how you happened to receive it and why you were saddened? Because there's not an upcoming Elizabeth story? Yeah, I'm sorry about that but just think of the good time she's having not having to track down murderers. . .

She and Miss Birdie will be making an appearance here tomorrow . . .

Vicki, I will have an early start tomorrow at work, but will be home again, after dark, in the evening. I do hope that Miss Birdie won't mind my tardiness.

I was so glad to see your newsletter in my inbox tonight, Vicki. It brought me right over here to get caught up with you again, I had lost touch for awhile.
So good to see that you're working on a Civil War book. I miss Elizabeth too, but good that she's enjoying a quiet life. I'll be here to visit with her and Miss Birdie tomorrow.

Miss Birdie and Elizabeth can come and visit my house anytime, for as long as they want. As a matter of fact they are here now in the bookcase saying read me again.
