Beautiful! That's when I love winter best, snow cover on the ground, sunshine from above.

And I can even almost hear the drip drip sounds among the birds and wind. It's snowing here lightly now.

It is currently 44 degrees going to 70 today. I'm not rubbing it in I am lamenting the fact that no rain is coming but maybe Thursday and Friday a 30 percent chance of showers. Let's hope that happens.

Our trees are in bud now early from all the warm weather. I can see tiny buds on the Cottonwood trees.

I forgot to ask you Vicki. I don't see any sled tracks down those great looking hills. Get some kids up thar and let um fly.

The hills are almost too exciting, Jim. One of the gentler runs invariably ended with the sledder crashing into the wire of the chicken yard. And when the road by the garden wass snow covered and frozen, it was a terrifying quarter of a mile trip, according to my boys who are older and wiser now.

I wouldn't want one of those landing on my head, thank you! However they really are very beautiful aren't they. So far we haven't had such cold weather here, just lots of wind and rain.
